1. 高效发光量子点的合成、发光机理和稳定性研究

2.量子点发光二极管的制备和性能研究

3. 量子点纳米结构中的能量传递和电荷转移过程研究

利用飞秒瞬态吸收光谱学研究四足棒CdSe纳米晶的瞬态吸收光谱和电子弛豫过程。这些研究为纳米结构的光伏应用提供了实验依据。该项工作ACSAppl.Mater.Interfaces (2015,7, 7939)上发表.

研究了从包覆ZnS和CdS壳层的CuInS2量子点到TiO2薄膜的电子转移过程。此外,研究了CdSe量子点到石墨烯电子转移过程,这些工作ACS Appl. Mater. Interface (2013, 5, 12681); J. Phys. Chem. Lett. (2013, 4, 2919)上发表。
